upstart crows is a company of young people from the ages of 13 through 21 who are gathered together, from time to time, when that time is right, to learn the art of theatre through communal effort and from the plays of the masters of their craft. Actors, stage hands, technicians, costumiers, make up artists shall be played by themselves. Under the direction of seasoned actors and directors these young people will learn that theatre is a communal act of which the audience and they as individuals play but one part each, one of the many that make the whole. |
